The Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7) is Jesus‘s first recorded sermon, and perhaps his most famous. In it, He calls the people of God to a life lived in authentic obedience. O Lord…teach us to obey!
Isaac Watts has written, “Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all.“ A life set apart to live to the glory of God is not optional, it’s not radical, it’s reasonable. What Jesus has done for us demands all we can do for Him.
You will find a wide variety of dress in our services. Worship music ranges from traditional hymns to current songs and is accompanied by a dedicated team of orchestra members and song leaders. The focus of CBC is not on man’s tradition, but on Jesus Christ alone.
