Dr Harry (Muriel) Fletcher serves as Global Ambassador with Good News Jail & Prison Ministry. Dr. Fletcher travels worldwide encouraging and challenging prison chaplains and speaking with prisoners. He visits with church partners, individual partners, and teaches/speaks in various settings.

Lisa Garlick serves as the Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship of York County. Lisa administrates all the activities of CEF, as well as doing Teacher Training for Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, Day Camps. She works with a local church at the Dover Carnival to do face painting and share the Wordless Book during the Labor Day weekend.

Betsy Hoke is the principal as well as a teacher at the Christian School and Chapel for the Deaf in Puerto Rico. Her heart is to teach deaf children and youth to live and think Biblically as well as to reach the deaf of Puerto Rico with the love of Christ in any way she can. She also assumes other responsibilities such as gardener, cook, sign language instructor and tour guide.

Dr. Leonard Smith serves in the local church. He is retired, but continues to translate Bible courses into the Spanish language. He programs the lesson for the computer so it is interactive. He spends time with his family in Colorado and New Mexico.

Sam & Ruth Anne Wegner served in Florence, Italy with Biblical Ministries Worldwide (BMW). They are now retired and have a home in Texas. Sam works full time and regularly teaches Sunday School. They have worked on a DVD for years that tells the story of two ex-nuns who left their order and the Roman Catholic Church because they came to faith in Christ. Over 1000 copies have been distributed. Ruth Anne has also been doing some private teaching (Italian). She has been doing volunteer work with a Christian organization that is working with ex-foster children to help young people get on their feet and become autonomous as adults.

Dave & Annette Markle serve the Lord in Puerto Rico alongside Betsy Hoke, at Christian School and Chapel for the Deaf. Dave served as CBC’s facility manager for many years prior to moving to PR, and uses his many talents at CSCD to keep up the property and oversee missions work groups that come to help with the ministry.
